Feel like they were very honest with me about what work needed to be done immediately and what could wait. Cost was competitive. Mostly I appreciate that when there was a holdup waiting for parts they worked it out so I could have my car overnight since I didn't have a ride planned for my son and I.

We have been going to 6to6 since it started on 10th street. Knowing a mechanic that will tell you like it is without trying to sell you things you don't need is very important to us. We own several fleet vehicles and 6to6 has worked on all of them.

I did get a second opinion on items that 6 to 6 said I needed to fix.One item did not need to be replaced and Item #2 cost was 60$ less that what 6to 6 quoted.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this business to a friend.

I called our customer to address his concerns and I cant fix anything if he does not return my call. We recommended to replace his belt on his Jaguar which was cracked $132 parts, labor and tax. I would have to install it for free if I am $60 over price. We recommonded a battery which failed the test. It tells us that the battery is going to fail soon. I have found that people like to know when their battery is about to fail and leave them stranded. Jaguar batteries are $213 parts, labor and tax.
ON time, courtious, very competent and very very fair. I will be back soon

I like that they were honest in saying that for how old my car was, the repair wasn't worth doing. That way I know they are not just trying to get my money but actually trying to help me. Another time I had a major problem that really needed to be done and they got it done very quickly, even with having to get the part in from somewhere else.
