Al's takes care of our company cars, over 40 of them, we always get great service.
They do what the dealer can do, but they charge alot less

Had a car problem that 3 others shops could not fix, Al's got it right on the first try, these guys are not the cheapest BUT You get what you pay for, Al's knows how to fix cars right the 1st time

Would be 5 stars but I was told I needed to get my break rotors replaced as well as my break pads but probably only needed the break pads replaced. Felt a little jipped once people told me I was stupid for getting them replaced.

We feel terrible that you have buyer remorse, its actually not uncommon with auto repair, that after you get your car fixed someone you know tells you that you got jipped, Eventhough this person did not see the condition of your old worn out rotors or that they had over 100,000 miles on them. While the work performed was good the labor charges were very high. As I was charged for over 2 hours labor (by your book) the actual time to perform my brake job was less than 1 hour.

was satisfied greatly that my seat was fixed, but when i picked it up and drove down the road, my airbag light was flashing. and still to today is still flashing. it is annoying. Andrea said it was probably from when they took my seat out to fix it. plus i had my tired rotated and balanced and my car shakes ore now that they were rotated, maybe they wrent balanced??... i do have to bring my car back for something with the wheeel ball joint or something that Andre said I also needed.. but over all i will continue to come back and reccommend you guys..I just wish I had all the money to fix my car like new and know that it will be safe for my soon to be new driver in the family. But money is so tight, have to fix a little at a time.
