You prices have been increasing and are now not as much of a bargin any more. It is very clear that the turnover you have experienced is dramatically effecting your business. My last experience with your company was absolutely horrible (first week in June). It will be a while before I return. Additionally, your suggested selling program is not appreciated. I knew some of the suggestions were BS and I knew that my car did not need the service they were suggesting. You have really lost the credibility I used to have for your company.

I was disappointed with the initial cost for replacing a lower control arm bushing (close to $700) when I have a mechanic in Atlanta that could have done the same for half the cost. Upon picking up my car, it handled worse than it did prior to bringing it in for service. I brought it back and it seems the wheels were not balanced. Additionally I was quoted $200.00 to repair a wiring issue with the right rear tailight. When I picked up my car I found the tailight assembly completely disassembled in the trunk. I put it back together and the lights are working perfectly well. I feel the service is overpriced and the diagnostics inaccurate. I will stick with my mechanic.
