Last spring we were quoted a $400 bill took to Big O & paid $35. This spring new brakes quoted at $700 took to Big O & it only cost $400. OVERPRICED!!!!

I tell anyone in need of auto repairs, of any kind, to take their car to no other garage except Brets in Gardner. I have never been less than completly satisfied! You and your staff are always personable and helpful. You let the customer know if there is additional mechanical work that needs attention. Your staff doesn't not do more work than what is scheduled on the vehicle. Additionally your staff will discuss the repair worked needed on the vehicle before it happens, giving the customer the opportunity to ask questions and understanding the situation at hand before any or additional work is completed on the vehicle. I appreciate your business!

Price was twice as much as where we ended up getting the work done and the quote wasn't even accurate. Hugely disappointed.

Although new struts did not improve the ride on my mustang, I know the guys did everything right and also discovered some problem that had to be fixed..soon..and it was! I have every faith in their skills, but just as important, is the trust I have in their honesty. I won't take my cars anywhere else (except for new car warranty on my 2011 Chrysler)
