I am so happy that they were as thorough as they were. If they had not checked everything, I would have had a flat tire shortly after leaving due to the nail in my tire. I felt very comfortable leaving that day, and I would return there again.

really good people. They take the time to explain everything and upon recommending i get a few things done (which are somewhat pricey repairs because my car needs them) they gave me a few coupons to get a discount. Really cool place.

Everyone was helpful and honest. Other issues were noted with my ride but the folks at Brian's said that I'd be able to survive for awhile without having them repaired immediately which was great news for my mind and my wallet.

My only problem is that when you bring your vehicle in for a certain repair, Brian always seems to find something else he feels needs to be done. Granted he is very through & does an extremely good job. He takes great pride in his work but he tends to be a little expensive. He wants your old car to run like its brand new & its hard to tell him some things can wait for another day. I like his work but next time I'm going to find a place that's a little cheaper.

I think the analysis of the issues and the ranking of priorities for service were excellent. The only weakness I found was the time it took to complete the work. I would return to Brian's Autocare and plan to.

I have been a customer of Brian's auto for over 20 years and I can personaly say that he has provided outstanding services throughout that time frame. My wife was highly impressed with the last service on her car. The ticking has stopped. You have saved us the cost of an exspensive engine repair! :)
