I had my cars serviced for years at your Franklin Street shop when I worked at UNC-CH. After I retired in late 2006 I continued my service work there. I was very happy when I saw that you were opening a new service center on Hope Valley Road as I live in Woodcroft. The recent service on June 3 was handled very professionally by your team there and things were explained very well to me. I think Rodney is a great manager for that shop. Best of luck with your operation on Hope Valley Road and I will continue to use it.
