I really appreciated getting in for an oil change last week on the day I called to request serivce. Additionally, when I asked for an inspection, you were able to accomodate. You even sold me two new tires and gave me an alignment and got me back on the road quickly. I really appreciated the responsiveness. However, one of my hubcaps fell off and was lost within a week of my service appointment. Since it has ridden faithfully for more than 219K miles, I have to wonder if the cap was not reinstalled correctly.

Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the oil change was fairly expensive compared to many others. But the location and everything else is so convenient to my house and campus so I was willing to pay it.
