Everything was good except customer service. Everyone was occupied with their computer terminals when I made my appointment and when I came to pick up my truck. When I returned the truck was still in the shop so I informed the people at the desk that I would wait in the waiting area. I waited about 45 min and finally asked when would the truck be finished. It was done and they left a message on my voice mail but failed to let me know in person. They were not busy but preoccupied .
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this business to a friend.

When I brought the car in for inspection, I had one other question about why the front cigarette lighter was not working. When I picked up the car, there was no notation that it had been looked at, and so I got a call later that it was working. It is NOT working-does not supply electricity to three different devices, while the second lighter does work just fine. No explanation of how it was tested or what they found beyond that it was working--which it is not.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this business to a friend.

$25 for a tire patch is pricey but you did it fast and it's on my way home from work so that extra $5 is worth it to me. Thanks!

I come to your business because it is convenient in terms of location (I can walk home), I like patronizing a Carrboro/Chapel Hill business, and because as silly as it may sound, I think your property is excellently maintained especially your flowerbeds on the corner of Jones Ferry and West Main. However, I was surprised when reviewing the bill for my most recent service to notice the considerable amount you charge for diagnosis. I pulled invoices from the repair shop I used before coming to Chapel Hill Tire and Car Care and noted that they waived fees for diagnosis when I elected to have the work done by their shop. I can understand recouping these costs from customers who elect not to complete recommended repairs. It will make me think twice about patronizing your business in the future.

Visit was much more expensive than anticipated, noise I heard was not fixed, but lots of other work was done. Have a plan, from here on out, I'll have you all call my fiance, explain it to him then he can translate to me. Would be nice if you had a woman on staff, then she could translate for the women customers.
