My service was very thorough! The guys made sure that I felt secure when having my brakes done and even took some extra time when I came back to make sure what I was hearing was normal and they even fixed a rattling speaker for me!! They recognize me by name when I walk in and that says a lot! :)

John, very good wrenching done on my car as always and an overall good experience as expected from you and your crew with the exception of the counter-person mistakingly commenting on my weight gain as a pregnancy. Indeed, I have gained a tremendous amount of poundage but am taking it off, 1 pound at a time. So all is well!

I am very satisfied with J & W 's oil change service. Best of all, they are honest and the price of oil change is fair. However, I had to endure a long wait before the oil check up's done is inconvenient.
