we took our car there for tires in the beginning of winter for the subie,they took care of all the issues... we decided to take our other car there for service they did great...i loved that they used the ipad to show the issues with the car... quick and friendly... we will be taking our other cars there

Jim Paris told me I needed my computer replaced, I took it elsewhere and they completed the repair without replacing the computer saving me an extra $1100 that J Paris would have charged. Jim Paris was pleasant to work with though.

The clients vehicle computer was no setting an engine light. We tried to induce a engine light by disconnecting the mass air flow sensor. This should of triggered an engine light. There is something major going on with his computer and that is why we recommended it. Without the computer doing its job properly no correct diagnosis could be achieved.

I was a little disappointed with my last visit. I didn't understand why you guys would not have noticed this problem the first visit I had you would of clearly saw it when putting on 4 brand new tires on.

We contacted Regina and she was upset we did not tell her about her TPMS Sensor being bad when we put her tires on. We checked the sensors at time of installation and they all tested ok. We offered her a new TPMS Sensor at cost to help her out.
