This team is results oriented and very high-performance with regard to the quality of work, turn-time, and everything related to customer service. My car needed its alternator and battery replaced after leaving me stranded right across the street from Kenmore Automotive. I was able to walk right in, quickly describe the problem I was having, the owner was able to quickly ascertain the issues with the car. David worked with me and was able to have the car diagnosed and turned within 6 hours. A few months later the alternator failed and I towed the car back to Kenmore Automotive on President's Day. Fortunately for me David was there, even though the store was closed! He was wiling to take on my car on his vacation and worked incredibly hard to get the car back to me within the day. Unfortunately, the radiator that I had recently replaced on my own failed catastrophically while he was idling the car for diagnostic purposes. David coordinated with O'Reilly's to get the radiator rep
