U all left all the screws of the covering of the engine after I declined to have the timing belt replaced thought that was so unprofessional and rude so I went out n purchased a certified Honda Accord!!! I will eventual have the TB fixed on the Mistsubihi Deamanti and use it as a winter car

I brought my car in for two repairs. I had a radiator replaced and had repairs after the check engine light came on. My new radiator is leaking after 15k miles and my check engine light came back on after 10k. I also found the woman at the front desk to be less than concerned when I questioned the pricing of one of the items.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this business to a friend.

I got the flat tire on my CRV earlier this spring and estimated repair cost prepared by your shop was $800. I was advised to replace the whole tire set... The tire was fixed for $49.00 in our neighborhood shop and still runs great... I feel like your staff members were trying to use the fact that I was panicking a little, spoke not perfect English and was ignorant in the car repair business.

We brought a Honda in that was having several issue. First contact was a women who was very rude. I felt like the car was not even evaluated and I wasted the 50 bucks that it cost me to have your shop look at the vehicle. The same women was even more rude when we picked up the vehicle and tried to make sense of what was written on the ticket.
As a business owner I would have a talk with who ever is dealing with your customers.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this business to a friend.
