Sorry Ryan is hurt and that there was a break in. Suggestion for a more secure key drop. Something that is not on the floor inside the door. A mailslot in the wall into a locked box maybe. Just a suggestion. You all do great work and are honest gentlepeople.

Originally, Bob did not respond to me very well. I had to call him and he did not remember our conversation regarding my F150.
Paul was great to work with. He explained the problem so that I could understand what was going on. His explanation allowed me to make a logical decision.

Ryan, I see where there was still smoke shooting out below my truck. Wasn't that suppose to be corrected or is it a different thing you fixed "Steel line hardware"...

Thanks again for so promptly and professionally helping me to keep my vehicle on the road and humming along. The "Service Engine" light, of course, came on within 48 hours of the repair. I will stop in sometime this week to have you take a look, and then perhaps in February (on President's Day), you can have the car for the whole day, and you can see if this engine light business can be put to rest. Thanks again!
