I recently brought in my '98 Jaguar XJ8 L for an issue with the exhaust. Although Quality Coaches was not able to do the repair, they recommended a fine muffler shop (which couldn't do the repair either--had to go to the dealership) and conducted the inspection at no charge. Steve went above and beyond in this case. This exemplifies the advantage of having a neighborhood mechanic who knows your car.

We go to Quality Coaches exclusively with our two cars -- for everything from major repairs to new tires and oil changes. There we're a few things with my Toyota that weren't buttoned up. I'm not unhappy but I was so excited about finally switching to QC and this cast a small shadow. But the geniune excitement over my VW project was really great. I'd just ask in the future if somebody doesn't know the answer to a question just say "I don't know." Much easier. thx.

Kindly service, competency unquestioned.
Few comments: we did not receive billing until we asked for it two+ weeks after credit card was charged; new webbing under driver's seat causes car to vibrate upon acceleration; tune-up did not appreciably improve engine performance.

you guys are great. I would give you 5 stars usually, but I believe you forgot to add one quart of oil in the oil change. No oil is leaking but when I checked it before a trip last week it was down a quart and I had to spend $10 at a gas station for a synthetic quart -- was on my way out of town or I would have stopped at your place. If possible, would appreciate 1 free quart the next time you do it.
