Only reason why I gave 3 stars instead of 5 are as follows: first is not your fault, my car failed smog. Second, I was told it would only be 30 min and I was there over an hour. Customer service was mediocre, but you seem like an honest business so I'd recommend you to a friend and I'd come back myself.

I enjoy the customer service we receive. However the last time I was in my lug nuts were put on way too tight. So when I went to get new tires two broke off the two front tires. Other than that we have never had a problem.

I recently had a transmission flush done on my vehicle and was not told of the risks involved if it is a vehicle that has not had a flush in a long time. the vehicle had severe damage afterwards and was undriveable Two weeks later. A transmission shop looked at it and said nothing could be done at this point aside from a rebuild.I would have appreciated more detailed feedback at the time of inspection so i could buy some time if it really was already on its way out. It was giving signs of trouble immediately after the flush ( was slipping,not engaging in 2nd) but I was told by the technician that this is normal and should go away in about 2 weeks. Here we are 2 weeks later and I'm looking at a $1300.00 job at a time I can't afford it.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this business to a friend.

Felt like I was at a used car lot with someone trying to sell me every unnecessary item in the store. I want an oil change not a condescending attitude from a salesman. This is the second or third time I've been to your shop and there is always some attitude issue. Don't need the hassels, probably won't be going back.

For some reason the online appointment did not work, but they got me in quickly, and then not only did the work I asked but also provided me information for work I needed in the near future. It was a pleasant experience.

Your shop replaced some belts of mine. I heard screeching sounds after. I had to take my car to Walkers Auto in Modesto CA to adjust the belts to proper tension. No more screeching. Lost my trust.

This location was recommended to me based on someone else's positive experience. I recently spent close to $500. At the time of payment, a $30 off coupon was not honored. I understand that the coupon had to be shown prior to any work being done, but come on...$30, really? I was even more upset that a military discount is not given, hence me passing the word along throughout the California National Guard via a US Army network social site. I will not be going back, nor will 100's of others.....sorry.

I received a smog check the machanic told me that my belts need changing and he could change them for $85.00 next day I took my truck to dealership to get belts changed, dealer said belts are in perfect condition. This is the type of fraud I have been trying to avoid I will not be coming back.
