We took our truck in to get the timing adjusted because it would not pass the smog test. After the adjustment and some work by Quality Tune Up, it passed smog. Thank you!

Very friendly and responsive. I do however, find it a bit disconcerting as the staff conducts business withinn the store mostly in spanish.

I was not given the documentation I was promised that would have shown repairs were necessary. I spent nearly $100 for computer analysis and did not get to see the actual computer printout. Supervisor then tried to mock up a fake one. I still might complain to the BAR.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this business to a friend.

I was told there was no wait and yet my oil change took an hour. And when my car was done and the paper work was put on the counter, the man working the counter ignored checking me out and continued on the computer working on an order for a person who wasn't there waiting.

I was put off because I came in with a coupon for 19.95 and I left paying approx. $27 because my car required an extra quart of oil.
$7 difference seemed to be a pit pricey for one extra quart.
