Pros - Your oil change is inexpensive and you give quick service.
Cons - If I want an oil change, then do it right, like you care. Don't leave greasy hand prints all over it. Don't go into sales mode and try to sell me every service you offer. Get the oil change right first before you earn the right to perform other services on my car.
