I paid for an oil and filter change with a tire rotation. I don't believe the tire rotation occurred. The reason I believe this is because there was an area to give brake pad wear and it was not reported. I have always thought that was done with the tire rotation.

My truck had a overheating problem and I was told it needed a new radiator cap, you changed the cap and did a oil change which cost me $147 and my truck still overheats.I will wait to see if you respond to this before I put a bad review on Angies list because I am a member

I thought I had to replace the rear rotors but I was told they could resurface them and save me a little money. I love how honest they are, always doing what is in my best interest. I was updated with the progress they were making several times while I waited.

Went in for an oil change on my 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse. The told me it would be 45-50mins. It was done in 15mins. I would highly recommend

No, I wouldn't. Because I was charged $25 dollars for you to pick up my car and tell me it was an air compressor that was the problem. If you were a good company, you would have done that part, for free. It left a bad taste in my mouth, especially, because I had already stated I had just moved here, was moving into a new place, that I had just started a new job, and was nearly broke, and then, they charged me $50 for an oil change and looking to see something that I would later learn, only took a real mechanic a minute to spot. No, I feel I was ripped off, and that's all I feel about your company. You know sometimes it's about building a relationship with a customer. Which your people there didn't choose to do. Hense, the work is being done by another company, who did choose to build a relationship. End of story. And, no, I won't ever return.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this business to a friend.

We made an appt for 12:30pm and dropped the car off. We were told you'd need 2 hours to look at the AC issue and change the oil. We returned 2 hours later and the car hadn't even been looked at. Then when you figured out what needed to be fixed with the AC you couldn't do it because you didn't have enough time. We had already spent $300 prior to fix the AC. We were told at that time a dye needed to be put in to find the leak if there was one, and the AC died a month or so later. This time when the leak was found it was going to be another $1000 to fix it. Miserable experience, won't be back.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this business to a friend.
