Store manager was extremely helpful and informative. He ensured that all of my concerns were addressed during my oil change. He also got my brakes adjusted back to normal after a negligent repair from Les Schwab. Mechanic did an excellent and careful job with my car, and gave me some valuable points and information regarding the adjustments to my brakes. Overall pleasant and congenial location, will return for future service. Thank you so much!!

Even though my car broke in a random occurrence after a fix-it visit to Quality, they took my car back immediately and figured out the problem. This time it drove perfectly. They handled the situation very well and I'm glad to have brought my car here. I shall be bringing it here many more times too. Thank you Quality.

I really liked how they showed me the problem areas on my vehicle. The only thing I can say is they're expensive but every place that does brakes is.

The service was amazing! I was early for an appointment with Quality and they took my car right in. I settled in for a 30 minute wait and it didn't even take that long to be out the door! The staff was courteous and very efficient. Thank you!

After waiting for OVER 2 hrs for a smog check, then ONLY after I heard the counter person til someone else that they were having problems with the equipment - Did I figure out there was a problem, but when I asked about my car... I was told mine was hooked up to the machine at that time... That was a total LIE... I've come to this shop for MANY YEARS... I will NEVER BE BACK..

The price and work done was adequate, but they forgot to tighten the driver side caliper mount bolts. I started getting a clunking sound driving it home. When I checked it out the next day, I found the loose bolts.

Very informative and efficient. Located an issue with the axle fluids and explained to me what was wrong (I'm no mechanic but I do minor repair jobs myself) and did not pressur me into any decision on the spot. The mechanic told me how long it would be until there was permanant damage and gave an accurate estimate.

I mistakenly asked you guys to change the transmission fluid, you checked things out and changed the power steering fluid that actually needed to be changed. That was very honest and saved me $ and I appreciate it. I'll be back!!
