I have been in for the same problem 4 times and my car still isn't fixed! I still have the same exact problem! Your shop lied to me about what was wrong and had me buy a part that I didn't even need! I still have the same problem and now will have to go back for a 5th time! Also every time I go it takes your shop 3-4 hours to try and fix the car! I even wait that long if I have an appointment! Worst shop I have ever been too!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this business to a friend.

It was recommended that I needed an oil change when in fact my husband had changed just 2 weeks before. Was not pleased with that recommendation.

I've always received speedy, helpful service when ever I have brought my car in. I've been coming to your place of business for many years and the sevice has always been good.

I was told that I needed a new air filter and needed to replace the power steering fluid.
I had done a complete fluids and filters change approx. 4 monthe ago. Even a blind person would be able to see that everything was clean. NICE TRY!!!

THE CREW AT THE LOCATION ON NORTHGATE WERE ALWAYS VERY HELPFULL AND WOULD ALWAYS GO OUT THERE WAY TO GET THINGS DONE ON MY CAR. OR GIVE ME ADVISE TOGO WHERE TO GET IT DONE. OR REPAIRS.

The only issue I had, was that I made an online appointment for 1:00 pm for an oil change and didn't get done till almost 3:00 pm. The online appointment scheduling was useless.

Not really happy with the service. Tech gave the excuse that he couldn't rotate my tires because the front lug nuts were on too tight & would break if he tried to take them off. Then he told me it would cost me $60 per lug nut bolt to replace them. The counter person only deducted $2 from my bill because they didn't rotate my tires. I went down the street to Les Schwaab & they had no problem with rotating all my tires for free after I told them what happened @ your place of business.That does not instill a lot faith in me regarding your service techs.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this business to a friend.

Didn't use additive. I wanted. Had to wait while they drained ouk to add my stuff. Then didn't put oil cap on tight. Oil has sprayed on my engine top. SLOOPY
