The technician sold me a higher grade of oil than I needed and said he could not legally give me the lower grade. He also put my sticker for me to come back at 2500 miles not 3000 like most shops or 5000 like the manufacturer says. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was a woman. I will never go back.

Took 6 days to do valve job. Cesar & mechanic did test drive and were looking under hood when they ret'd, but said it was ok. Took car home and had to have towed back because of stalling. They put in EGR valve about 2 weeks later, but had to take back again because was cutting out at traffic signals. Cesar said it was ok, but it continued to cut out. Later failed smog test because timing was off. Took it back to Cesar to have timing fixed. Cesar suggested maybe I was causing the problem. The other manager suggested the smog tech had tampered with timing. I requested they do smog test to make sure fix was good, but they refused unless I was willing to pay more. I finally had had enough and got angry and walked out. They told me not to come back ,as if I would consider being treated like this again. I have no confidence in their ability to do repair work

Car was tied up for 6 days for valve job. It wasn't until day three that I got a call confirming repairs needed. After valve job they took car for road test and came back and were looking under the hood, but said it was ok. Car stalled repeatedly following day and had to have towed back to shop. It appears they let me take the car knowing there was still something wrong.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this business to a friend.

I went there for aSmog test. IMy 2006 Chyrsler didn't past smog and they charged me. I went to another location and my car pass. Poor service

Awesome, reliable and quick service! No coupons necessary for a deal on the oil change. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment. Super convenient for same day appointments. Staff was very nice as well. Thanks! Will continue to be a loyal customer.

You guys should develop a system to let you know when customers walk in so they don't have to stand at the front desk and wait. Other than that the service is great. You guys are friendly and have competitive prices.
