The last service I had I paid about $109.00 and it said the technician woud inspect the brakes. When I had the recent service the brake pads were gone and even there was marks on the rotor so I had to have all replaced and I had only driven 3000 miles. It simply shows the brakes were not checked.

The last time I went to this location the repair lasted less than a month. When I went back to get it checked again I was told my car was not safe to drive and needed about $ 2000.00 in repair services. This scared my wife to the point that she would not drive her car. I have been driving it ever since with no issues at all. All this from an "air conditioning service" ? No, I will not be back.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this business to a friend.

The employees are always friendly and I always feel that I am getting a good deal! They are the only oes who can reset my oil light (not even the dealership could do it).

Your service was so terrible that I almost called the police. Not only will I never consider using you again, but I still feel as though the $2,500 I spent with you was robbery. I sincerely think that your company will experience "Karma," and you'll soon find legal troubles if I don't get to you first, so thanks for reminding me.

First day I attempted to have an Express Oil change. I waited in line while other customers were helped before me who arrived AFTER I was already there. And not even a hello or may I help you. It was like I wasn't even there. The second attempt, I went after work just about 5 days later, I was in uniform thinking this would at least let them know I am not a dumb girl. However, after years of bringing my vehicles in, they told me that they would not change my oil because my car had too loud of a ticking noise. And that their insurance would not cover the oil change. All of this after I had been waiting for almost 45 mins. My car is an old car with over 250K miles on it and yes she has a lifter tick going on. She is 4 wheel drive and was not taken care of by the previous owner. I left that day feeling angry and disappointed by the lack of customer service. I get on the freeway and notice that they didn't even latch down my hood. So I had to make an emergency stop on the side
