I recommend it to all my friends, the guys there are very professional and they never pushed a sale on me and gave me great pointers. (which is nice being that I don't know anything about cars)

love the staff they know meby name. Quality tune makes it easy to stay on top of any situation that may or may not be a problem. They set priorities that make it easy to keep my car running on a very limited amount of money.

Staff were unfriendly it seems as if they didnt know what their doing. Employees smoke near shop very unprofessional, they need better customer service skills in orders to build sales yet keep customers satified feeling great knowing their car was worked on properly instead of feeling ripped off and bad service.. I rate this terrible I wouldn't recommend family nor friends

After having a part replaced. I decided to have my oil changed. That was a mistake!!! Never should have them change my oil. They had left my oil filter so loose that by the time I drove home, appox. 49 miles I hardly had any oil in my car. There was oil all over the motor. Not to mention my engine chould have been ruined. I also forgot to say they striped the oil pan bolt. So after getting home I had to do anouther oil change and replace the bolt. On top of that I had to have my engine degreased. I will never again return to a Quality Tune Up ever again because of this experience. Thanks alot for nothing!!! Money well wasted.

Mr. Garduno - I paid $120.00 for an inspection on a used car I bought in October 2010 (2000 Ford Taurus). I mentioned that the car shook when I revved up to 65 and that it shook when I applied pressure to the brakes. Your rep told me all was okay with my car. After I paid by debit card, I realized that the rep did not take off the $10 discount coupon. So she rung it up again and said she voided the first charge and then re-charged with the discount. After a month I noticed that my bank statement still had both charges. I came back to your store and was told that they did what they needed to do and that it was up to the bank to take the charge off. I called my bank while I was at your store and both the rep and I talked with them. The bank told them to submit the void. Your rep insisted that there was nothing they needed to do, so Quality Tune Up did nothing. I had to end up putting an investigave claim in to my bank who then had to refund my money. you charged me $20 or $40 to clean up some baking soda a friend left on my battery. WTF?? Your institution is obviously run by blood sucking reptiles. I'll never go back to this shop. All your workers did was hustle me for more "service". Money hungry lizards.. Especially the zombies working at the Stockton hammer lane shop.

I was tricked into getting a tune up while I was trying to get a smog test. My service engine light was on, they told me it would be off after the tune up. I failed my smog test and they told me I would have a free one when I returned. I returned a couple of days later and they claimed they didn't remember telling me I could get my next one free.

I paid a lot for my car to be fixed sometimes I fill over charged but I need my car so I brings in pay to have it fixed. When I went on line the part for my car war 50.00 cheaper for both struts
