Making appointment is easy by PC or Phone. I have had to wait for service as car is pulled in upon my arrival. Waiting room is nice and peaceful and I am always asked if I need thermostat adjusted. I also have never gone in that coffee and newspaper was not available.

Have found Master Mechanics to be very honest and knowledgeable. Has a very clean and interesting waiting room.
It's easily accessible with plenty of parking.

George and the crew are thorough and are up front about what my car needs. NEVER tried to sell me stuff that wasn't needed. Prices are reasonable and I'm greatful for courtesies extended
