You took care of my air conditioning problem excellently and the care you gave the exterior of my car upon leaving was top-notch. I'm still a little upset that about the starter. The solution that I pay the part cost and you do the labor gratis was nice, but I'm still out that $250 I wasn't expecting to pay. I'll still come back though, of course.

They were incredibly meticulous in analyzing the issue, looking at the service record in full detail, and reasoning through the solution. They ended up sending me back to the dealer so they dealer to redo its own poor work, instead of charging me to for a new repair or recommending me that I use their approach, which I appreciated. I'll definitely go back there. Never letting the stealership touch our VWs again.

I've only been to Volkswerks twice, but both of my experiences have been exceptional! I've come to them for both corrective work and regularly scheduled maintenance, and each time Bob has patiently explained in detail the work that was to be done. The last time I was in, they noticed an unrelated tire leak, removed a small nail in the tread, and patched the tire for me, all for no added cost! Their free loaner service is incredibly useful and their staff is the most courteous and accommodating I've encountered in the industry. Volkswerks gets five stars all around!

Volkswerks customer is outstanding! Even on routine service such as state inspections, Volkswerks goes the extra mile to check out your entire vehicle prior to conducting the inspection at no additional cost. What peace of mind and customer service!

The service was great. I enjoyed the interior of the waiting room as well. The appointment was supposed to take an hour but it ended up being an hour and a half. That wasn't a big deal but could have been depending on my work schedule. However, I had a screw in my tire so I figured the extra time was attributable to troubleshooting the tire.

Volks Werk's Staff was quick to recognize my problem and to discuss what options were available and what the costs could be. The car was quickly back on the road and I have not had any problems since having the new parts installed. jfs
