Took our Passat wagon for timing belt change, and it was about $350 less than two dealerships I called. VolksWerks specializes in VWs and also offers a warranty on it, so that is what made us go there. BUT...the plus was the complete diagnostic check they did (they will always find something, right?!) and then the NO PRESSURE analysis and closing up of everything. Yeah sure, there's quite a few things we need to get done, but none major, so when we decide to get them done we will definitely return here. Drew was very helpful and courteous over the phone and via email as well. Also, it's right off Lee Hwy and 66, so it's convenient and walking distance to East Falls Church metro (I believe they will drive you there anyway if you need). Great place

Among other needed service, the team was able to successfully troubleshoot a *really* perplexing power drain issue in my Audi A4 (turned out to be a failing Bluetooth module). I'm really grateful for their help and professionalism. I'll keep coming back!

I originally was taking my '05 Audi to the dealership for service. Then I discovered Volkswerks. The customer service has been great! I feel like they are straightforward and don't try to sell me things I don't need.

Well, service was great as always, but my A/C a few days later was only putting out lukewarm air and I paid like $1300 for real cold air. Also, the day after you pressure washed the engine (which was super -- thanks) my speedometer didn't work for a lot of the day; maybe a relay got wet. But it seems to be working now. Anyway, when I reported the A/C problem, I was told you'd take me the next day to fix it immediately, so that was very positive. Thanks!
