Last-minute craziness as my daughter popped up with an out-of-town move at the last minute when, of course, the Check Engine light popped on. VolksWerks handled it was ease, professionalism and all-around niceness.

VolksWerks had car for 12 days while I was on vacation. Somehow I was sent wrong quote, then asked for correct quote, called from Turks Caicos, and finally said please fix when someone could tell me quote. Car was not ready when I picked up on Monday. Had to get loaner and come back out next day. For that reason, rating is low.

I would normally give VolksWerks 5 starts, but my last visit did not go nearly as well as my previous experiences. I had to call 4 times to find out what the situation was with my car - after 3 pm! In the end the car took overnight to be fixed even though I had called ahead for an appointment and dropped the car off before the shop even opened. They gave me a loaner car so the inconvenience was minor in the end, but I spent the day worrying about what was going on. I'm hoping that I can give a much better rating the next time I visit.

Worked with me though I was out of town. Bob was willing to work with the towing company to find the responsible parties for damage done while in possession. Fortunately, I was able to fix that myself.

I took my Eurovan to VolksWerks when my regular mechanic suggested I find a VW expert to solve some difficult-to-diagnose problems two previous shops could not solve. The staff at VolksWerks were friendly and knowledgable, and they solved the problems and provided clear explanations of the work at a reasonable price. I recommend VolksWerks for quality repair and maintenance that get the job done right.

The driver's side mirror was shacking and I was worried it might fall off the frame while my Passat was in motion. The staff at Volks Werks were able to reinstall the mirror saving me the time and trouble of possibly having to order and install new parts. They did a great job and I was back on the road the next day.
